HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose between 1 and 3 Monkey Shoulder cocktails for your customers venue.

2. Make sure the first cocktail on the menu is a Monkey Shoulder Old Fashioned. No problem if it is not a classic Old Fashioned but the cocktail must mention Old Fashioned.
   

3. Add the selected cocktail(s) to your menu and clearly show Monkey Shoulder as the base spirit.
   

4. If the customer would like to create their own menu this is no problem, however please ensure there is a Monkey Shoulder logo on menu.

5. Ensure the cocktail(s) are live on the menu for a minimum of 30 consecutive days between 1 April and 31 October 2026.
   

6. Submit this form with your customers venue details.

7. Provide your customers valid ABN, BSB and Account Number so they can be paid.
   

8. Providing the above guidelines are followed, the venue will receive their $300 once-off payment. However, in order to ensure they recieve their once off payment the final step involves them sending a $300 (Before GST) invoice to Storm Creative Ltd (please email the invoice to debbie@stormcreative.com.au). Please ensure the invoice is addressed to:

9. If venues opt in to have their menus made via this site they can receive up to 20 A6 menu cards and 20 gold clips, with delivery taking up to 5-10 business days.
